Want a different size? 

1. Start the process and select the item you’re sending back and click “Exchange” on the screen
2. You’ll be prompted to select a new size — select the one you’d like to exchange for. If we are sold out, feel free to email us at help@kittyandvibe.com and we can help guide you to a better fitting style that is in stock!
3. Print your prepaid return label and mail back the original item
4. We’ll ship your new size right away


Want a different style or color? 

1. Email us at help@kittyandvibe.com and we will process the style / color switch for you. 
2. We will send you your prepaid return label

Want to return?

Sorry to hear your Kitty wasn't perfect! We are happy to help guide you to a better fitting style or size if you're interested. Just email us at help@kittyandvibe.com. If not, follow the instructions below:

1. Start the process and select the item you’re sending back and click “Return” on the screen
2. Print your return label and mail back the original item
3. Once received, we’ll refund the full balance back to your original payment method

What items can be returned?

  • Items purchased in the last 18 days.
  • If you preordered an item and need to return or exchange it, please email help@kittyandvibe.com and we will get you your return label ASAP.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Please email help@kittyandvibe.com if you'd like to return a final sale item, and we will assist in getting your store credit or exchange. 

Can I return an international order?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders. You may still return or exchange, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you, and not Kitty and Vibe. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times.
