Are exchanges free?

Yes! Once your exchange is authorized, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label via email. Once we receive your original items back, your exchange will be automatically placed and sent to you. Before placing an exchange, be sure to check your exchange items on the site to see if they are currently on preorder. If they are on preorder, your exchange items will ship at the estimated ship date.  

Are returns free?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive a free prepaid shipping label via email.

What items can be returned?

  • Items purchased in the last 21 days.
  • If you preordered an item and need to return or exchange it, please email help@kittyandvibe.com and we will get you your return label ASAP.


What items are non-refundable?

  • Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Please email help@kittyandvibe.com if you'd like to return a final sale item, and we will assist in getting your store credit or exchange. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

Can I return an international order?

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders. You may still return or exchange, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you, and not Kitty and Vibe. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times.
